This piece of furniture aimed to extort the manufacturing process to subtly allure a user through familiarity and abstraction. Familiarity arises from specific measurements and cues incorporated in the form derived from Marcel Bruer’s Wassily Chair whilst capitalising on the perimeter of computer numerically controlled tube bending, offering abstraction to this contemporary form.
